What Arena is

Arena is a paper-trading application for prediction markets. You trade real, live market prices using virtual dollars. All activity uses virtual dollars only: no real money, no real wagers, and no monetary payouts. These virtual dollars are not a form of real currency and have no real-world monetary value. Think of Arena as a simulator for forecasting: real conditions and real feedback, with zero financial risk.

Not a licensed operator, not advice

Arena is not a licensed gambling operator, bookmaker, sportsbook, securities exchange, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. Nothing in the app or on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or betting advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or contract. Positions in Arena settle from real-world outcomes, but you never win or lose real money. Do not rely on Arena for real-world financial or wagering decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Arena. By using Arena, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a binding contract with us.

Your account

You sign in through Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, and you may browse first as a guest. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Provide accurate information, do not share your account, and do not create accounts to evade limits, restrictions, or a suspension. Notify us at support@zbgcllc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Virtual dollars

Balances in Arena are virtual dollars: play money we make available for use inside the app. Virtual dollars are not real money and are not your property. They have no cash value and can never be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or prizes. We may grant, adjust, or remove virtual-dollar balances, and we may correct balances affected by bugs, errors, or abuse. After you turn resets on in Settings, you can reset your own balance, at most once every 30 days. A reset is permanent, and it shows on your profile while your profile is public. A paid Arena Basic subscription unlocks features; it does not buy virtual dollars and does not provide an edge on outcomes.

Market data

Market data shown in Arena is sourced from Kalshi and other third parties and remains the property of its respective owners. It is provided “as is,” may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may change or become unavailable at any time. Arena is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Kalshi, Novig, Polymarket, or any exchange.

Arena Basic subscriptions & billing

Arena Basic (sold as “Arena Pro” in some app-store listings) is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the service’s features. Subscriptions and entitlements are managed through RevenueCat.

• On iOS, purchases are made through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Apple’s Media Services Terms govern App Store purchases.
• On the web, purchases are processed through RevenueCat Web Billing (using Stripe). The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your account.

Prices are shown before purchase and may change; where required we will give you notice, and any change applies to future billing periods. Applicable taxes may be added. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store’s policy, payments are non-refundable. On iOS, refunds are handled by Apple.

Referral program

If we offer a referral program, a user who redeems a valid code may receive a discount, and the associated creator may earn a commission on that user’s paid subscription. Referral benefits are not virtual dollars and virtual dollars are never redeemable for cash. We may create, change, suspend, or end the program at any time, and we may withhold or reverse benefits obtained through fraud, self-referral, or other abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or scrape or harvest data from Arena;
• automate your use of Arena except through the Arena command-line tool, MCP server, or API keys we provide, used within their documented rate limits;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• create multiple or fake accounts, or manipulate leaderboards, records, referral counts, or challenges;
• infringe anyone’s rights, or use Arena for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• present Arena results as real-money trading performance or as investment advice.

Your content

You may provide content such as a display name, profile photo, and pick records. You retain your rights in it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely to operate the service (for example, showing your record or leaderboard entry while your profile is public). You are responsible for your content; keep it lawful and non-infringing, and do not include anything offensive, misleading, or that impersonates others. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Your strategies and trading data

You keep all rights in the code, models, prompts, rules, and methods you use with Arena (“Your Strategies”). Arena’s command-line tool and MCP server do not read, transmit, or store Your Strategies. We will not ask for Your Strategies unless you use a service that needs one, such as backtesting, and we will not reverse engineer, reproduce, or trade on them, except to run a rule forward when you ask us to.

We store the orders, trades, alerts, screens, and lists you create. We use them to operate the service (including execution, settlement, balances, rankings, evaluation rules, and the notifications you enable), to provide support and security, to enforce these terms, to understand how people use Arena, and to produce statistics about that use. Our staff may review individual accounts for these purposes and may use artificial-intelligence tools in that review, which can include account-level trading data. The provider of such a tool may be able to use that data under its own terms. We do not train artificial-intelligence models on your trading data. Apart from data that you or other users retrieve into an artificial-intelligence agent through the command-line tool, MCP server, or API, which then goes to that agent’s model provider, no feature of the service sends your trading data to artificial-intelligence providers. We do not study your trading to learn or copy your approach, and no account operated by Arena, including our AI model and fund accounts, trades on the basis of it.

Your account is private unless you make your profile public in Settings. While it is private, other users cannot see your trades, lists, shared picks, balance, net worth, rank, results, runs and resets, perps results, followers or Combine pass, and your account is left out of the leaderboards, the evaluation board and Promote. Your display name and photo stay visible, and so do comments you post on other people’s public trades. Others can see that your account is private. People in a fantasy duel or league with you see your score there and the picks you draft into it; in a points race, that score is the profit or loss of all your trades during the race. You accept a duel or join a league before any of that is shown.

If you make your profile public, anyone, including people without an account, can view your profile, who you follow and who follows you (when they are public too), your comments, your ranking, your net worth and daily net-worth history, your current balance, your past results, runs and resets, any Combine pass, your realized perps profit and perps rank, and your closed trades (settled, or sold before settlement) that are not in a private list, with the market, side, entry price, time, and result, which together show the amount staked. A parlay’s legs appear once every leg has closed. Because your current balance is then public, the amount of a new trade can be inferred from the change in it, though not its market or side, and your total open stake can be estimated.

Trades, limit orders and perps positions you place, and Combine results you earn, while your account is private stay hidden after you make it public, unless you choose to show your earlier trades in Settings, which shows all of them at once, losses included, and cannot be undone. While any trade is hidden, your balance, net worth, profit and rank stay hidden too. A trade you place while your profile is public stays public; making your account private again hides everything until you make it public again. Only you, in Settings on the website and signed in there, can make your account public; apps, agents, the command line tools and API keys can only make it private.

Your open positions and trades in private lists are not shown to other users unless you choose to share them: when you share a pick, when you put a trade in a public list or receipt, or when you join a fantasy duel or fantasy league, where each opponent sees your lineup’s picks and stakes. Making your account private does not hide it from Arena staff, and it cannot recall what others already saw, copied or saved, or a Promote record issued before you made it private. Pages and apps can take a few minutes to update, and other people’s apps can show an old copy until they refresh. Other users and their AI agents may copy anything that is public. If you send us a rule or strategy, for example to request backtesting, we will use it only to provide what you asked for. We will run a rule forward or show it publicly only if you ask us to.

Intellectual property

Arena, the Arena name and logo, the software, and its original content are owned by ZBGC LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arena for its intended purpose. Team names and logos, league marks, exchange names, and other third-party marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Apple App Store (iOS)

The following applies to the Arena iOS app obtained through the Apple App Store. This agreement is between you and ZBGC LLC only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any purchase price paid for the app (the app is free); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal-or- regulatory-compliance, and consumer-protection claims, or any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual-property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Third-party services

Arena relies on third-party services, including Apple, Google, Kalshi, RevenueCat, Supabase, Vercel, and Fly.io, each governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

Arena is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that market data or outcomes will be accurate or timely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZBGC LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Arena. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because there is no real money in Arena, you cannot suffer a real financial trading loss through the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZBGC LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Arena, your content, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Arena at any time, with or without notice, including for conduct that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to Arena or its users. You may stop using Arena and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including virtual-dollar terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.

Changes to these terms and to the service

We may update these terms and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. When we make material changes to these terms, we will revise the effective date above and provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of Arena after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@zbgcllc.com and attempt to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to venue there.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ZBGC LLC regarding Arena. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
