What Arena is

Arena is a paper-trading application for prediction markets. You trade real, live market prices using virtual dollars. All activity uses virtual dollars only — no real money, no real wagers, and no monetary payouts. These virtual dollars are not a form of real currency and have no real-world monetary value. Think of Arena as a simulator for forecasting: real conditions and real feedback, with zero financial risk.

Not a licensed operator, not advice

Arena is not a licensed gambling operator, bookmaker, sportsbook, securities exchange, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. Nothing in the app or on the site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or betting advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or contract. Positions in Arena settle from real-world outcomes, but you never win or lose real money. Do not rely on Arena for real-world financial or wagering decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use Arena. By using Arena, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a binding contract with us.

Your account

You sign in through Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, and you may browse first as a guest. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Provide accurate information, do not share your account, and do not create accounts to evade limits, restrictions, or a suspension. Notify us at support@zbgcllc.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Virtual dollars

Balances in Arena are virtual dollars: play money we make available for use inside the app. Virtual dollars are not real money and are not your property. They have no cash value and can never be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or prizes. We may grant, adjust, reset (for example on a monthly season), or remove virtual-dollar balances, and we may correct balances affected by bugs, errors, or abuse. A paid Arena Pro subscription unlocks features; it does not buy virtual dollars and does not provide an edge on outcomes.

Market data

Market data shown in Arena is sourced from Kalshi and other third parties and remains the property of its respective owners. It is provided “as is,” may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may change or become unavailable at any time. Arena is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Kalshi, Polymarket, or any exchange.

Arena Pro subscriptions & billing

Arena Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions and entitlements are managed through RevenueCat.

• On iOS, purchases are made through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Apple’s Media Services Terms govern App Store purchases.
• On the web, purchases are processed through RevenueCat Web Billing (using Stripe). The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your account.

Prices are shown before purchase and may change; where required we will give you notice, and any change applies to future billing periods. Applicable taxes may be added. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store’s policy, payments are non-refundable. On iOS, refunds are handled by Apple.

Referral program

If we offer a referral program, a user who redeems a valid code may receive a discount, and the associated creator may earn a commission on that user’s paid subscription. Referral benefits are not virtual dollars and virtual dollars are never redeemable for cash. We may create, change, suspend, or end the program at any time, and we may withhold or reverse benefits obtained through fraud, self-referral, or other abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or scrape or harvest data from Arena;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• create multiple or fake accounts, or manipulate leaderboards, records, referral counts, or challenges;
• infringe anyone’s rights, or use Arena for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• present Arena results as real-money trading performance or as investment advice.

Your content

You may provide content such as a display name, profile photo, and pick records. You retain your rights in it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it to operate the service (for example, showing your public record or leaderboard entry). You are responsible for your content; keep it lawful and non-infringing, and do not include anything offensive, misleading, or that impersonates others. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

Arena, the Arena name and logo, the software, and its original content are owned by ZBGC LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Arena for its intended purpose. Team names and logos, league marks, exchange names, and other third-party marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Apple App Store (iOS)

The following applies to the Arena iOS app obtained through the Apple App Store. This agreement is between you and ZBGC LLC only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any purchase price paid for the app (the app is free); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal-or- regulatory-compliance, and consumer-protection claims, or any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual-property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Third-party services

Arena relies on third-party services — including Apple, Google, Kalshi, RevenueCat, Supabase, Vercel, and Fly.io — each governed by its own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

Arena is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that market data or outcomes will be accurate or timely.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZBGC LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Arena. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. Because there is no real money in Arena, you cannot suffer a real financial trading loss through the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZBGC LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of Arena, your content, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Arena at any time, with or without notice, including for conduct that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to Arena or its users. You may stop using Arena and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including virtual-dollar terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

Changes to these terms and to the service

We may update these terms and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. When we make material changes to these terms, we will revise the effective date above and provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of Arena after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@zbgcllc.com and attempt to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to venue there.

General

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ZBGC LLC regarding Arena. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
