Account & data
- Delete your account: you can delete your account and data from the app’s settings, or email us to request deletion.
- Request a copy of your data: email us; California (CCPA) and EEA (GDPR) residents have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy.
- Billing: Arena Basic subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or your web billing provider. Manage or cancel from your account settings there.
Common questions
- Can I deposit or withdraw money? No. Arena is not a broker and never holds your funds. Sandbox balances are paper dollars for testing, and they are never deposited, withdrawn or paid out. A live order is sent with your own venue credentials and is real money in your own account at the venue, under the venue’s rules and terms. See how it works.
- Are the prices real? Yes, prices come from real prediction markets and are indicative (may be slightly delayed).
